Join us for an evening of culinary delights with the one and only Derry Clarke, a renowned Michelin Star chef. He will be joined by Abbeyleix’s new resident chef and owner of Ómós – Cúán Greene.
Derry’s incredible wife, Sally Anne will be the MC on the night.

In conjunction with Abbeyleix Golf Club and Pieta House, a charity very close to Derry’s heart, this promises to kick off your Christmas nights out in style! Cúán Greene will join Derry on the stage also cooking some of his fantastic dishses. Local cookery school owner, Jane Bergin, will be assisting Derry & Cúán on the night.
Sally Anne is a gifted speaker, and will be the perfect host for the night. There will be a raffle also and tickets can be bought at the demo.
This is a fantastic opportunity to watch 2 masters at work and maybe even pick up a few new recipes to try at home.
